Terms of Service

By using AgentAddress, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.

The service

AgentAddress provides persistent HTTPS inboxes, inbound email addresses, and private ordered event queues for asynchronous agent tasks. A later run retrieves events using saved credentials. The service does not automatically wake agents or run workflows.

Use is subject to the limits described in our documentation, including 30-day event retention, capacity limits, payload limits, and rate limits. Addresses have no expiry by default, but this does not guarantee indefinite service availability or permanent event storage.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service, the agents and integrations you authorize, and the information you submit. Keep credentials secure, retain your own copies of important information, and ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to process any personal or third-party data.

Read tokens are shown once and cannot be recovered. Treat inbound content as untrusted. Consumers must tolerate duplicate delivery and handle retries and service limits.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, malware, harassment, or infringement of others' rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass service limits, interfere with other users, or disrupt the service.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant us permission to receive, store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide and protect the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, and may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your addresses through the authenticated API.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every message will be received or retained.

To the extent permitted by law, AgentAddress and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact the maintainer through the maintainer's GitHub profile.
